Our kitchen extension was completed in February 21. We are absolutely thrilled with the results, and all credit goes to Denis and his team. We cannot speak highly enough of Denis and his very skilled team. From day one Denis worked very closely with us, always putting the clients needs first -offering insightful suggestions, listening to our requests, and accommodating any changes/modifications where possible. He explained the processes clearly and kept us informed on a daily basis. He surrounded himself with the best quality tradesmen, each of whom were very approachable, and all very easy to deal with. He works extremely hard and expects a high standard from himself and all his tradesmen. Denis and his team were extremely reliable, always arriving on time and putting in a very hard day’s work. The work area was always left very tidy and neat, cleaning up every evening before leaving. At all times they were very aware and respectful to our neighbours, which was very important to us. There was always an air of positivity on site, obviously showing the good comradery and teamwork between all the workers. We would have no hesitation in recommending Denis. I didn't know Denis Fahey or his business before joining BNI, and since joining I have been able to pass a number of referrals onto Denis. One of the referrals was a neighbour of mine who needed their attic insulated. Talking to my neighbour since the job was done he was happy with the price, the job that was done and the way the house was left when they were finished. His company was also registered with SEAI, so he was able to receive a grant towards the cost. Another job I referred was to fix leaks on the roof in our unit in Carraroe. He came and done what he had to do and he came back three weeks later to check if everything was okay. I find his service excellent and to be very professional and I would have no hesitation in recommending him for other jobs. It was a joy to work with Denis and his very competent team on the roofing of our house. There are several areas where we appreciated his professionalism, including his reliability, timekeeping, tidiness, courtesy and workmanship. Recently Dmac engaged Denis to insulate our suspended ceiling in our office space in Cleveragh, we expected to lose production time while the work was being done and again afterwards to clean up. How wrong we were! Denis came up trumps, promised to do the work at the weekend and his only request was that we clear our desk tops. Last Friday we did that and gave Denis a set of keys. On monday morning I came in to find the office just as I had left it, so much so that I didn't think Denis had done the work, so I climbed up on my desk to check, and sure enough the whole ceiling was fully insulated.
